A good location as there are few other options in the area when visiting kids in university. Quite cheap as well and room was basic but ok with a comfortable bed
This place feels tired and worn and I suspect Iits used as temporary accommodation for the homeless as well. This didn't cause any problems in itself but the heating was on in July as people are living there so it was way too hot until it went of at 8pm The room had only one main light The major downside was the toilet brush which I didn't realises was very heavily soiled until I left

Staff friendly but very basic accommodation. I expected it to be a bit better. Musty smell around.

It was comfortable enough once getting used to lump bed.
